”Clean room, beautiful view and great host! Thank you for the welcoming!”

”It was a nice small place. Clean and quite easy check in.”

”Communication with owner was clear, but the place could’ve been cleaner. Also not a great location to be in, but close enough to Oakland Arena which is what I needed.”

”Beautiful oasis. Old house with lots of charm. The most delicious grapes I have ever tasted in my life. A peaceful place rich with character. Tranquil.”

”We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us plenty of space and the home felt modern and well maintained. The location was also really convenient for getting around the Bay Area with easy access to Walnut Creek and day trips toward Napa and San Francisco. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, check in was easy. Host was very communicative as well. Overall ... we really enjoyed our stay and would...

”The manager was very responsive. We would rent again if we are in the area.”

”Desk space in room helped get some work done while waiting to meet friends nearby.”

”The location was excellent for us. Quiet neighborhood with good access to the freeway and local businesses. It was nice to have the enclosed backyard with patio and the beds were very comfortable.”

”This house was perfect for my family of five. We came up to visit nearby family and this house was down the same street from them. The backyard was so spacious and a great space to stretch out and play. The owners were so sweet and accommodating- we were traveling with a 2 year old and asked if there was a highchair or pack n play available for the stay. There wasn't, but, the owners went out and acquired both for our stay. I was blown away! That helped so much so we did not have to pack them...

”I’ve been to 3rd world countries that are safer and cleaner than Oakland. With that being said, this property is located in the epicenter of Oakland’s homeless, drug, and violence problem. During our stay, we experienced the worst of it; vagrants and homeless encampments just steps away from the subdivision, and to top it all off, an active shooting. It also didn’t help that the property wasn’t properly sanitized and had leftover/open bottles of alcohol left in the fridge. When we complained,...

”Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Host was quick to respond. Beds super comfortable. Would stay here again.”

”Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again!”

”overall GREAT stay, however i wish there were more items available for cooking that was a bit of a challenge, but over all the place is GREAT”

”Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay”

”Good”

”This property fit our family, but it is apparent this is an income property. The home has no air conditioning -- which we found out only days before checking in -- and only one small fan. Since I am asthmatic this resulted in significant breathing problems. There were 1 washcloth and 2 bath towels in each bathroom for a total of 3 washcloths and 6 towels for 9 people. We finally found more towels in a cabinet upstairs, but had to go buy washcloths. In the kitchen, there were no towels to dry or...
