This was a relatively enjoyable stay, I would definitely stay here again.
The staff are wonderful! I called the day before with questions and, when I arrived, the office clerk greeted me by name before I could tell her who I was. She said, "I was so worried that you were going to arrive after I left for the day. I was looking forward to meeting you!" What a wonderful way to begin a trip! I felt so welcomed. I will be back! <3
The parking was plentiful, and the property is conveniently located near the downtown area. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel in a very long time (I usually hate hotel pillows!). I slept like a baby each night until my upstairs neighbor arrived and stomped around each morning, waking me up.
The only downsides are that the ice machine kept breaking down so I had to spend $8 for a bag of ice at the local store, the water pressure in the shower is very low. Also, I paid extra for the garden view, which turned out to be a sloping hill area with foliage. It was not what I expected as I anticipated a view of a beautiful, colorful garden while reading and drinking morning coffee.
Those minor issues aside, it is a good value for the area and a wonderful stay.
