Casa delle Farfalle by Wonderful Italy

Bright and cozy house with large garden and terrace a few steps from the beautiful beaches of Cala Suaraccia and Cala Brandinchi in Capo Coda Cavallo.



Casa delle Farfalle, spread over a single level and surrounded by a beautiful private garden of 300 square meters with typical Mediterranean plants, boasts a covered veranda with relax area with sofas, a dining table and an equipped outdoor kitchen. The entrance, through the veranda, opens onto the living area furnished with two sofa beds and a sofa, a TV and a fully equipped open kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave and oven. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower and hair dryer completes the Layout.



Guests can enjoy amenities such as an outdoor shower, a private covered parking, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, WiFi and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.



Casa delle Farfalle is located within the Le Farfalle Residence, in a privileged location that allows quick and easy access to the beach on foot through the condominium path. The nearest beach, Cala Suaraccia, is about 350 meters away. In addition, the Residence offers a range of services including a Club House with bar, swimming pool and tennis courts, and beach umbrella upon request.



Guests will benefit from a covered parking slot inside the property.



The shared swimming pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September. The use of a bathing cap may be required.

Renowned tourist center, particularly loved by young people for its summer nightlife, San Teodoro also boasts unmissable coastal pearls such as La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Cala Girgolu and Capo Coda Cavallo. The spectacle of the coast of San Teodoro is completed by its lagoon, a stopping point for pink flamingos during migratory periods and an ideal place for walks and birdwatching. Known in Gallura as “Santu Diàdoru”, it also hosts events not to be missed such as the festival of its patron and the one called “Lu Fuculoni”, during which the population gathers around the bonfires in honor of Sant'Antonio Abate.

In addition, this area offers a network of nature trails rich in biodiversity, with various degrees of difficulty for all types of hikers, which offer breathtaking views.

Finally, you can’t miss the traditional food and wine in the many bars and restaurants and during the festivals. Some goat marinated in myrtle liqueur and some Gallura soup for a meat dinner, sea urchins, bottarga, mussels and oysters if you’d rather taste the local seafood. To accompany your meal, a good Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, and to end it, a delicious seada with honey and a glass of homemade myrtle liqueur.
