La Ginestra Vacation Home is located on the first floor of a small complex with a separate entrance, about 1,200 meters from the beautiful La Cinta beach.



San Teodoro is just a few meters away—a lively and dynamic town that has grown over the years, offering numerous services and activities to ensure tourists enjoy a well-rounded beach vacation.



A charming three-room apartment (60 square meters) on the first floor, consisting of 2 separate bedrooms (one with a double bed and a second with 2 single beds), a double sofa bed in the living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and bidet. It sleeps a total of 6 people.

La Ginestra is a spacious and well-furnished apartment, equipped with:

- kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, and oven
