”The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just...

”Near the beatch, which was nice. Overall quite nice and clean. Soundproof was nonexistent. You could here everything from the room next door. You could also see straight to the another terace. Furniture at the terace was quite old and uncomfortable. The restaurant of the hotel was really full of people. They forgot to inform us, that the table need to be reserved well beforehand every time. There are not a lot of another services near the hotel.”

Meille tarjottiin ensin todella huonoa huoneistoa, mutta valituksen jälkeen pääsimme tähän merinäkymällä, keittiöllä, astianpesu- ja pyykinpesukoneella varustettuun unelma-asuntoon. Asuntoa ei siivottu, eikä lakanoita vaihdettu kertaakaan. Hotellin henkilökunta on todella ystävällinen, mutta he eivät tienneet esim bussiaikatauluista mitään. Wifi toimi vain hotellikompleksin aulassa ja erittäin...

”No complaints at all on this hotel. The food was really good at breakfast and at dinner. And the staff especially was really nice and polite :). Easy to get to the centrum by bus. Shopping centre, Lidl and good restaurants in walking distance.”

”When we arrived we were told that our reservation had not been received even though we had a booking confirmation from Hotels.com. The staff made us wait for a manager for an hour before letting us know if we could stay at the hotel. The manager didn't speak English but other staff translated the conversation. We were told that the hotel is full and the they could only accommodate us for the second night of our stay. The booked us a room of a hotel nearby and drove us there and back the next...

”Unser Bernhardiner war dabei, im Zimmer hatte er weniger Platz, dafür hat es außerhalb viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, sehr stimmig und toll zum erholen. Sehr sauber, es wird auf Details geachtet. Unterkunft mit Schlüsselsafe, klappte gut, kein Personal vor Ort. Frühstück ist ok. Kaffekaps und frische Früchte zu genüge. Sehr schöne Unterkunft abseits, deshalb nicht möglich mit tiefergelegtem Fahrzeug. Viele bellende Hunde auf dem Nebengebäude. Für uns nicht störend. War eine schöne Erfahrung.”

”This was in a good location and the managers were wonderful but I don’t recommend. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and took a few hours to fix and after some heavy winds there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. Also the Hotels.com advertising was incorrect. No spa no airport transfer.”

”El alojamiento ocupó la habitación antes de nuestra llegada y nos dejó el la calle. El propietario muy desagradable, me gritó, me insultó y nos dejó en la calle en pleno mes de agosto y festivo y no encontramos nada para dormir. Tuvimos que dormir en el coche muertos de calor, con los mosquitos no podíamos abrir las ventanas, muy peligroso y además un sofocón que nos amargó las vacaciones. ”
