”We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at The Hoxton Florence. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless and beautifully designed. We booked a room with a terrace and an outdoor tub. While we didn’t use the tub since it was winter, we absolutely loved spending time on the terrace.
