We are located in Piazza Roma inside an ancient and prestigious stately home surrounded by a park of tall trees. The location is truly strategic as we are less than 200 meters from the sea and the town center. We are in a flat position and therefore everything is easily reachable on foot. The nearest shopping center is Conad City, but nearby we have a bakery, bar, hardware store and shops for basic necessities, including a very convenient coin-operated laundry.
In Piazza Roma n.13, in an elegant historic building, we rent an apartment located on the second floor.

Internally it consists of a kitchen, double bedroom with terrace and bathroom.

EQUIPMENT: hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, 2 TVs, 4 kg washing machine, 2 fans.

BEDS: There are 5 beds consisting of a double bed, a sofa bed and a single bed.

RULES: PETS ALLOWED. A DEPOSIT OF €200 IS REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL.

NOTE: Please note that there are two steps inside the house. It should also be noted that the shower has a size of 60x60 centimeters.

The sea is less than 200 meters away on foot, excellent location. Possibility of using the condominium garden to spend moments of relaxation.
