Spacious, brigh and cozy rooms, green and lush garden: Villa Emary is a comfortable villa with swimming pool, jacuzzi and
lawn, a peaceful oasis ideal for a quiet holiday in Puglia. The villa
is in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, 1 kilometer away from
the city centre and near the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast. It has
large outdoor equipped areas and mod cons such as the swimming pool,
air conditioning, internet, fireplace and barbecue. With its 5 bedrooms
it can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Villa Emary has various furnished areas in the garden. The swimming pool
is ideal if you want to relax and it`s framed by the lawn with beach
beds where you can get sunkissed. By the swimming pool there is a
furnished porch that allows you to have lunch or dinner with view on the swimming pool and the garden. The barbecue area with wood burning oven
is perfect if you want to grill something or make pizzas. Moreover, by
the swimming pool there are a bathroom with shower and an outdoor
shower.

The two-floor holiday home for 12 guests
The two-floor Villa Emary is majestic but cozy. On the ground floor there is the spacious but bright living room with star-vaulted ceiling, dining area and sitting room with fireplace and tv. There is one small kitchen adjacent to the lviing room with a half bath and a small kitchen in a room outside of the house with oven and washing machine. The small staircase in the living room takes to the sleeping area on the ground floor, with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two additional bedrooms,
one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower and one with pertinent
bathroom with shower. At Villa Emary there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin
bedroom and two triple bedrooms (with double bed and single bed). The
hottest days are cooled down by the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the
air conditioning in the passageway of the sleeping area on the upper floor and in the living room.

The surroundings of Villa Emary
Villa Emary is in San Vito dei Normanni, near Brindisi, 12 kilometers away from the Nature reserve of Torre Guaceto and the sandy beaches of Northern Salento, on the Adriatic coast, such as Lido Specchiolla
and the White Beach Club in Ostuni. The city centre of San Vito is 1
kilometer away, but the villa is close to other old town centres such as
Ostuni, 13 kilometers away and Ceglie Messapica, 15 kilometers away.
 
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra price of euro 150 per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Heating fee not included: extra payment of euro 30 per day upon arrival.
- Ceiling fans in three bedrooms.
- Air conditioner in the hallway and in the living room.
