Trullo Gritti is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and original trulli , nestled in a large olive grove in the countryside of Puglia, for vacation rental in San Vito dei Normanni.
The charming dwelling is made unique by the ancient trulli restored to splendor. In the garden there is a swimming pool and solarium, barbecue for grilling and convenient parking inside the property.
Modern and comfortable, the villa is equipped with all accessories: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric oven, dishwasher etc.

The villa Trullo Gritti is nestled in an ancient olive grove, which makes for a relaxing, soothing view. In the large estate, the garden is particularly well cared for, the olive trees are lush and the lawn is green. The pool area is surrounded by sunbeds, the place is lovely for relaxing sunbathing.
The pool is overlooked by both the covered veranda and the refined living room with lounge, kitchen, and large windows, both well-appointed living areas for spending time both outside and inside the house. The sleeping area, in this part of the villa, consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with single beds. Completing this first unit are 2 shower rooms.
The second unit of Trullo Gritti is just the ancient and beautiful trulli, which accommodate up to 3 people between double bed + single bed, plus the shower bathroom.
There is, finally, the third unit of the villa, an annex that accommodates 1 double bed + 1 double sofa bed, plus a shower room.
The villa comes with a range of included amenities such as towels and linens-every detail is designed to ensure maximum comfort.

Trullo Gritti stands in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni, in the province of Brindisi. The location allows you to explore the Valle d`Itria and its most beautiful villages, the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, about 20 km away.
The town of San Vito dei Normanni, about 5 km away, offers all the main services. The nearest airport is Brindisi Casale, less than 30 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
