Cala Diletta is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool located near San Vito Lo Capo, a very popular tourist resort in the west of Sicily.
The house is 150m2 with a 500m2 garden and 200m2 terrace and it is just 700 meters from the nearest beach.

Cala Diletta consists of a main house and an annex, it is characterized by cozy, well-proportioned interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind.
It is provided with all mod cons: air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, oven, microwave, etc.

The main house is composed by a living room with an ornamental fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with WC only). The nearby annex has the third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside the villa boasts a well-mantained, lush garden, a lovely swimming pool with sun terrace and spacious, well-equipped terraces (BBQ and dining area), which are the perfect spots for breakfasts or dining al fresco.

Cala Diletta is also an excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area. You can easily reach the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt plans of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, Trapani’s historical center, the imposing temple of Segesta and the Egadi islands.

The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.

Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible; from 27/06/26 to 29/08/26 only on Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: kitchen gas, water, electricity up to 300 kwh (over 300 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, welcome basket (breakfast items).
