A kitchenette is also located on the ground floor and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will find the 1 bedroom, which is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm, along with a separate private WC. The property offers 1 bathroom in total across both levels. The 2 terraces, each measuring 15 m2, add generous outdoor living space to the property: one is covered and faces a north-east position, while the other is partly roofed and faces south.
