The Space:

At The Secret Garden, the holiday continues long after a day at the beach.



The heart of the property is its private garden, a peaceful and inviting green space connected to a spacious covered veranda. A large dining table and a comfortable lounge area make it a lovely setting for slow breakfasts, shaded lunches and relaxed evenings together.



The barbecue area is perfect for outdoor meals, while the outdoor shower is especially convenient after a day by the sea.



**The villa is arranged over three levels.**



**Ground floor**



The living area features a furnished lounge with a convertible sofa bed, a separate equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From the ground floor, you can step directly onto the veranda and into the outdoor living spaces, making it easy to move between indoors and outdoors.



**First floor**



The sleeping area includes two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a terrace and a second bedroom with bunk beds. A second bathroom is located on this floor.



**Upper level**



An open-air terrace offers an additional space to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The washing machine is also located here and is available for guests to use.

One reserved parking space is provided.

Getting Around:

San Vito Lo Capo is an enjoyable destination to explore on foot or by bicycle.



From the villa, you can reach the beach, town center and local amenities without necessarily needing a car for every outing.



If you would like to rent bicycles, we can recommend local rental partners. Bicycle rentals are not included in the accommodation price and are available at an additional cost.



For arrivals from Palermo or Trapani airports, as well as other journeys, we can recommend transfer services through our local partners. Availability and prices are provided separately.



Having a car can be particularly convenient if you plan to explore western Sicily independently.



The villa includes one reserved parking space.



We will be happy to share practical travel suggestions based on your plans.

**Arrival and departure**

• Check-in: 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.

• Check-out: 8:00 AM–9:00 AM.

• Different arrival or departure times require prior confirmation and are subject to the booking conditions.



**About the property**

The villa is arranged over three levels connected by internal stairs. The washing machine is located on the upper terrace.



The private garden and furnished veranda are reserved for guests and offer welcoming spaces for outdoor relaxation.



**Peace and quiet**

The villa is located in a residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not accepted.



Only registered guests may stay overnight.



**Guest registration**

All guests are required to present valid identification upon arrival in accordance with Italian law.



**Optional extras**

Kayaking, bicycle rentals and transfers are not included in the accommodation price. Kayaking is available only upon request and with a separate quotation. We can recommend bicycle rental and transfer partners, whose services are priced separately.



**Tourist tax**

A local tourist tax applies in accordance with municipal regulations, including any exemptions. Collection arrangements depend on the booking conditions.
