”Main problem is poor service. When we arrived, there was sand on our sheets so the sheets hadnt been changed. Called the reception to change the sheets and none came for one hour so I had to walk to reception and after that they changed the sheets.
The fame restaurant is horrible, the waiters were watching football together when we went there and they paid little attention to us. Food poor and overpriced.

”Pahin pettymys on aamiainen, monipuolinen mutta erittäin heikkotasoinen kärpästen kera. Erittäin vaikea löytää juuri mitään syöntikelpoista suorastaan käsittämättömän heikko taso tämän hintaluokan hotellissa. Illallisravintolat vastaavat länsimaista keskitasoa hintoineen. Hotelli on melko vanha joten huoneet kaipaisivat päivitystä. Päivittäiset sähkökatkot ja wifi (nopea) yhteyden menetykset kuitenkin häiritsivät melkoisesti myös wc:tä jouduttiin korjaamaan.
Alueelta ei pääse pois kuin kävellen...

”Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

”We just spent 4 nights in Sterling Goa Varca. The hotel is a 4* property but lack of detail in multiple things, especially cleanliness, decreases it's points. Also the quality vs. the 9000 Rs. / night price doesn't seem adequate. The clientele seems to consist mainly of Indian and Russian tourists so maybe they have a different standard for such hotels than westerners.
