”This was our second stay there, on the first stay had no complaints at all. This time not so good Not really made to feel welcome and some of the staff were not friendly at all. The bedroom was like a sauna, unable to open window properly, and only one fan which didn’t do much at all, so no sleep for 3 nights. ( No aircon) Bars Restaurant all very nice but let down at breakfast by the dirty cups, jugs and teapots. We don’t go away very often and was very disappointed this time, hence won’t be...

”The location was the plus point for me. Only stayed the one night. The room was clean and tidy. A bit too warm for me no air-con or fan. Asked for shower tray but all are showers over baths. Did not have breakfast this trip but on-site food is a positive. The price was very competitive. Overall 4 out of 5.”

”A lovely welcome by the reception staff. No problems with the room and had a good breakfast. The only very small thing I noticed was some not very clean public areas, such as the stairs and the outside windows in the staircase (very dirty). Hokwever, they did not affect our stay. Slightly disappointed that we had to pay for hotel car parking. Very central location, handy for the city centre and easy to navigate to.”

”Unwashed cup in the room and empty shampoo dispencer. Pool closed for this "spa weakend." Hotel unable to provide a cooked breakfast and reluctant to offer a rebate. Premises dirty and staff surly. Bar service poor and prolonged delays in the dining room in spite of pre-ordered food. Far from the expected standard of a 4star establishment”

”Hotel is a great price and is a little tired but comfortable and you have what you need for a stop over. Unfortunately chef took ill so couldn’t eat there but menu looked good. Instead they recommended the Dam Inn which was amazing food!”

”Outstanding in every respect. Wonderful friendly staff in every department. Wonderful food and clean, comfortable rooms with excellent facilities. Our stay was an absolute treat in every way. Ideal for our visit to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.”

”Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off.”

”Lovely one night stay at Quebecs. Super friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful even on a hot Friday night in Leeds Centre. Sadly breakfast didn't start until 8am on weekend so missed out and this is my only issue. Will be returning.”

It’s in a great spot with easy access to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it convenient to explore Leeds on foot. It’s an excellent base.
