”Upon checking into our room it has a horrible must stale smells it was very strong. Upon checking the room it was not very clean and the bedding had stains on the blankets of both beds. The front desk clerk was amazing and showed me several more rooms but they were all the same. We requested a refund and went across the street to another hotel.”

”We had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in , the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby was clean and welcoming, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on our trips to Albuquerque.”

”The room is a bit nasty.. I requested for a 2-bed room but the staff just gave me 1.. I also asked for an extra blanket but the staff said that they have nothing.. It's really frustrating that I have wasted my money for this .. I felt uncomfortable!”

”The staff here are so nice and helpful. The food at the bistro is always great, nice bar, nice courtyard to sit outside and eat/drink/chat. Rooms are spacious. Convenient to everything - but not too much highway noise!”

”Staff was helpful. Location felt very safe. Appeared to be a good area. Well lit at night. Breakfast was great. Potatoes/hash browns were amazing. Hotel inside and out and Room itself was very clean. Hotel had a scent of a new hotel when you walked in. Filtered water refill station for hydro refill in fitness center. Helped to book room again 2 days later for a family member who was also passing through. Overall great experience.”

”Check in staff did not make us feel welcome, provide any orientation of the property or how to get to the rooms. Treated me like a criminal and made me pay two different deposits one for each room despite both rooms booked on the same reservation. Room was dirty, lamp shades were bent and damaged, no toilet paper and the TV didn't work. I have never had to pay a deposit on a room ever, and this place was so run down. I booked three nights and only stayed one, had it not been so late and hadn't...

”Dirtiest Moto I’ve been to Sheetz had holes burn marks. There was blood stains on the sheets glass broken outside in the parking lot dirty underwear on the floor wouldn’t recommend also they said there’s a $50 holding fee never got my $50 back.”

”Although the bed was comfortable, the sheets had burn marks in them and on the bed head frame, a wad of chewing gum was on the side. The whole hotel could use an update: rips in curtains, the filter on the facet in the sink was missing and there were no plugs to use to get the bathtub filled. The property surrounding this motel is scary. Two nights in a row, a block away, I saw women appearing as though they were escorts picking up guys in cars. A person sadly strung out on whatever...
