âWe stayed one night in an Ocean Premier Room after spotting the hotel and deciding to book because it looked beautiful.
The property is stunning. The architecture, cliffside setting, and ocean views are incredible â one of the most visually impressive resorts weâve seen in Lombok.
The staff were kind, however receiving service was difficult. Even simple requests like ordering a drink felt challenging, which made parts of the stay uncomfortable. Communication and overall hospitality flow felt...

âDirekt am Meer â aber leider ohne QualitĂ€t
Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wunderschön direkt am Meer, mit den FĂŒĂen im Sand und umgeben von lokalen Fischerbooten. Auf den ersten Blick also ein Ort, der viel verspricht.
Umso ĂŒberraschender war es, dass es trotz der Lage am Meer keinen frischen Fisch gab. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklĂ€rt, dass ausschlieĂlich tiefgefrorener Fisch serviert wird â obwohl auf der Karte âFish Catch of the Dayâ steht.
