”We cannot wait to stay at Mallards View again. Wonderful property with everything you need in place, including some very welcomed extra treats. It is situated across the road from a lovely park and duck pond, in a very quiet area. The perfect property for complete rest and relaxation. We cannot praise it enough and hope its available when we stay on the island again.”

”What a wonderful property! My parents, my sister and our collective children stayed here for 4 nights in February half term. The beautiful photos don't even do this house justice. Beautifully designed, with ample space for our family, we had a fantastic stay in West Wittering. ”I enjoyed a lovely break in a beautiful home. Very convenient location and close enough to walk to Appley Beach for my dog. Everything you could need in the home (not sure it mentioned a freezer but it has one for your convenience. I either overlooked this on description or it doesn’t mention it but it’s definitely a bonus).”

”Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked...

”Location was perfect, easy to get everywhere. And we loved our small kitchen, it was handy and there was everything you could imagine to need. Althaugh the room could have been cleaner. There was a bit dust and crumbs everywhere, as if the room had not been vacuumed at all. Also air conditioning was surprisingly noisy, the whole room was resonating, so it didn't help to switch it off. But overall it was a ok stay in a good price.”
