”Brilliant House, in a great location, and all ten of us had a wonderful holiday!However, as we booked for Christmas week, we paid a large premium, and didn’t expect to find stained sofas with rips in, and essentially a lot of wear and tear (this is not the place to list them, but think dirty blinds etc) that should not be in a property sold as “luxury”. ”The property was clean, pleasantly decorated and contained all the essentials we needed for a small family group. It was good to have a table and chairs on the decked area overlooking grassed space, where my grandson could play. Good location, near Fort Victoria and Colwell Bay and a short drive from the shops in Freshwater.”

”Seaview is a lovely quiet village with a couple of easy walks to a number of beaches, parks and wetland reserve. Brilliant pub on seafront and fab ice cream shop, both 2 to 3 mins walk. Accommodation was set back on a quiet street. Lovely private garden. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking. Beds comfortable. Loved all the paperbacks. No upstairs bathroom but not a problem with a family group.”

”Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...
