”When we checked in late at night we immediately had to kill some small insects in the room. Not a huge deal, we are near the beach. Then there was no shower gel in the shower to wash with. ”No big issues. Probably more personal but for one I wish they would buy better sheets. I’m not asking for 1000 count sheets, but these were all peeled and I literally could not sleep on them. They were scratching my legs all night. Also it’d be nice if there was a blanket on the bed, nobody uses the comforter that’s on the bed because that never gets changed from guest to guest, but you would like a blanket even a lightweight one and ask for the toiletries. I know it’s costly to purchase that...

We also had a dispute regarding a cash payment for a late checkout that staff said was not in the system. The situation became stressful, and we left feeling frustrated. I hope the hotel improves its customer service and handling of guest concerns.”

”The staff here is AMAZING! I will start with that.
But I have stayed in nicer/cleaner hotels. Not the hotels fault but our room always smelled like weed because I guess people around us were smoking. The rooms were also a little outdated and the furniture was a bit tore up. But great location!
Just not sure I would stay here again for the value or recommend to friends/family”
