”No big issues. Probably more personal but for one I wish they would buy better sheets. I’m not asking for 1000 count sheets, but these were all peeled and I literally could not sleep on them. They were scratching my legs all night. Also it’d be nice if there was a blanket on the bed, nobody uses the comforter that’s on the bed because that never gets changed from guest to guest, but you would like a blanket even a lightweight one and ask for the toiletries. I know it’s costly to purchase that...

”Staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff, i believe her name was Teresa. Room needed a bit of a upgrade bathroom wise, tub was a little stained and had black spots on the wall. Wifi connection wasnt that great and the TV kept showing a error message. Overall, it served its purpose for our trip. The pool is also really nice.”

”When we checked in late at night we immediately had to kill some small insects in the room. Not a huge deal, we are near the beach. Then there was no shower gel in the shower to wash with. We just used shampoo instead. Also there was hair in the shower and sink. Lastly we noticed there was no tv remote anywhere. After looking we called the front desk who didn’t know what to do so asked us to hold and then hung up. After we called back we were hung up on again. Then a different representative...
