”Best appointed and best condition ski condo. Uncertainty prior to check in not knowing which unit would be ours. The available condos are similar but not identical. The shuttle to Lionshead and Vail Village was frequent and convenient with great drivers. ”

”Great location, close to Vail and good shuttle service. Check in was painful! The front desk had no apparent record of my arrival. We had to track down the owner and get them in touch. About an hour and a half later, they finally got us in. Need to really improve that process. ”
