”A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there.”

”It was great! The listing on VRBO did not tell much of anything about it though. Had I known we were going to be right on the lake we'd have brought chairs and beach towels. It doesn't say anything about that or that it is a campground like setting. But we loved that it was quiet and secluded. The room was clean. The lock on the door is very hard to operate. The bathroom faucet is stiff and you feel like you're going to break it when adjusting temps but it works fine.”

”Yo can't beat this property for the price. When we arrived the place was clean with a fresh smell. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a train track across the street however inside the house it was not loud, they did not use horns. The water pressure was great especially in the shower. The secret to flushing the toilet is to hold down the handle for 3 sec. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. There is grill on the back porch which you don't have with a condo.
