”It’s the third time I have stayed at this hotel and all three times the service was good, my room was comfortable, and I enjoyed a quick breakfast downstairs. The price was a little high this time probably because it was move-in weekend for University of Georgia, but I will be coming back again.”

”Wonderful hotel. Friendly service staff, super clean room. Bathroom is a bit small, but overall super convenient. Great place for a few nights on campus. ”

”This is probably one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Athen, Georgia. It was clean, had a great breakfast, and the rooms were nice with big bathrooms. The location is close to shopping and some good chain restaurants. Everyone likes to stay in the downtown area near the college but I will definitely consider this property next time.”

With a broad open porch and wooded patio tucked beneath woods and tucked amongst quiet gardens, this B&B provides a lovely place to decompress with easy access to all of Athens.”
