Ei lemmikkejÀ. Yksityinen kotiin kaunis nÀköala Little Cottonwood Canyon. Alle 10 minuuttia Alta & Snowbird hiihtokeskukset. LÀhellÀ Brighton ja Park City hiihto samoin. Vasta refinished ja valmiina rentouttava loma. Nauti kaasu takka ja katsella lumen. Helppo kÀvellÀ Bus / LiityntÀpysÀköinti sekÀ Alta & Snowbird Resorts. PÀÀsy Kylpytynnyri ja BBQ grilli. Gazebo alueella. Olohuoneessa on suuri HD-TV, bluRay ja suoratelevisio, jossa on elokuvakanavat, ruokailutila, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, tÀysi kylpyhuone pÀÀllÀ. 1 makuuhuone pÀÀ ja 1 iso makuuhuone ylÀkerrassa 1/2 kylpyhuone. Parvella on parivuode, mukava rakkausistuin, 32 tuuman HD-televisio BluRayn kanssa ja paljon DVD-levyjÀ. Suksivarasto. The Ivy Cottage Was a great get away and the location is amazing with awesome views from the backyard! Eric was very helpful with information about the area. It was very relaxing and the trails are just awesome.

This was a very cozy cottage. The owners had literally everything you could need. I had forgotten my razor and there was one provided. The kitchen was well stocked, even though we never cooked. Overall a very positive experience. This is right next to the owner’s house so you will see them tending their garden and letting their dogs out, so I could see some may wish for something a little more private. However, they were never intrusive and pretty much left us alone. The location was spectacular, and the views breathtaking.

My daughter and I stayed for some spring skiing. Location was absolutely perfect to access both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyons. Cottage was clean and cozy. Hosts were friendly and welcomed us with delicious homemade bread and salsa. We were even able to throw a lacrosse ball in the beautiful backyard. We hope to go back again.

The Ivy Cottage is a great place to stay while visiting SLC. The cottage has everything one would need. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Hosts were easy to work with and were very considerate (they even provide some treats, which were much appreciated). We were skiing and this location was great as it was very close to the slopes (10 minutes from Alta or Snowbird). The views were fantastic and setting was very peaceful. Would have loved to see the garden as one can tell that it is well taken care of.

We have been staying at the Ivy Cottage for several years for our Spring Break ski trips. It is right at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and super convenient for skiing at Alta/Snowbird. It is also fully equipped to cook your own meals and close to local shopping. The hosts are excellent as well and we will be back!

We rely on reviews when selecting a place to stay, and the positive reviews of this place do not reflect reality. Likely the positive reviews are due to the owners being such outwardly nice people. Eric greeted us on our arrival, showed us the place, let us know he was available for us but would respect our privacy; and he did. He provided us with a bottle of wine for our stay, home-made salsa from Shauna’s garden, chips, and even brought us freshly baked biscuits one day during our stay. The good:1.Possibly the best stocked place we’ve ever stayed.2.Owners were responsive, prompt, friendly, outwardly respectful.3.Location can’t be beat.The bad:1.Although the place was clean on the surface, we both experienced significant allergy-induced respiratory issues while there, even though we ran the air-purifier non-stop and kept the bathroom fan/heater on during the day. This had a noticable impact on our stay and was our major issue with the place.2.Cluttered. Too much stuff crammed into too small of space, leaving little usable counter, tabletop, end table, shelf, or even under-bed storage space.

The location is amazing- your back yard is the mouth of little cottonwood! We were met with a warm welcome, snacks and even cupcakes for our kiddos! Everything you could need to come home to after a day of skiing! Fireplace, hot tub, cozy kitchen, and comfortable beds!

This property has all the amenities! There were only two of us, but it had room to sleep a few more. Excellent location to ski resorts and to town. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Cottage was amazing. Perfect location for Snowbird and Alta. 15 minutes up the Canyon. Tons of extras there for cooking, loved staying there. Really liked the gas fireplace/stove. Having laundry there was a great benefit along with hot tub and bbq!
