”In general, a very nice hotel but the rooms are beginning to wear a bit. The air conditioning in the room was not up to the demanding task of the hot summer of 2018. Very nice breakfast buffet and great staff.”

”I had a traditional Japanese room. It was super comfortable - and the view from my window of Happo One was beautiful! It was convenient walk to restaurants and bars. The Happo One gondola was a bit of a hike - but definitely within easy walking distance is the Hakuba Happo bus station. Easy to get to other mountains via the shuttle.”

”A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer”
