”Staff and rooms were great. We were in a room near an exit and every time someone opened the door, it made a loud whistle. Pretty annoying but other than that, great room and price.”
”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it.
Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working.
Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place.
Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”I had a wonderful stay at the Pratt Smith House B&B! Anne and Alan were wonderful hosts. I enjoyed all of the antiques and objects of interest with which Anne (who, according to Alan, does the decorating) has decked out the house. So many things to look at. I enjoyed reading some of the history of the house and the area. As others have said, the breakfast was extraordinary, and served with a flair by Anne and Alan.
