Vietä pitkä loma tässä viehättävässä erittäin suuressa perhekokoisessa kauniilla Sanibel-saarella. Yksi kuningas ja 4 queen beds! Erinomaiset ortopediset kiropraktiikkapatjat ja tyynyt kaikkialla. Saavuttuaan Sanibel-saarelle lomaasi odottaa avaimeton pääsy huoneistoon. Tämä antaa vieraillemme mahdollisuuden mennä lentokentältä suoraan huoneistoon, sisäänkirjautumista ei tarvita. Meidän huoneisto on nimeltään Coquina Beach 2H ja on rakennuksessa 2 toisessa kerroksessa! Nauti huoneistomme tässä trooppisessa paratiisissa, jota ympäröivät upeat hiekkarannat, hieno villieläimet (delfiinien yllin kyllin), mailia loputtomia pyörä- ja kävelyreittejä, ostosmahdollisuuksia, golfia, tennistä / suolakurkkua pallokenttää ja tietenkin hienoimpia ravintoloita. Condo sijaitsee erittäin yksityisellä, melko kulmassa Coquina Beach Condos, joka on intiimi hyväpalkkainen Gulf-Waterfront 40 yksikkö monimutkainen omalla yksityisellä rantatietäsi yksityiselle rannalle, tennis / suolakurkku pallokenttä, oma lämmitetty uima-allas, piknik-alue, ja grillausmahdollisuus. Vieraillessasi täällä Coquina 2H, olet 100 askelta kauniille hiekkarannalle, kuorella täynnä rantaa ja vain askeleen virkistävälle uima-altaamme. Coquina Beach sijaitsee Middle Gulf Drive -kaupungin itäpäässä ja on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan tai pyörämatkan päässä moniin Sanibelin suosikki paikkoihin. Huoneisto kunnostettiin kaksi vuotta sitten, mukaan lukien kylpyhuoneet, kodinkoneet ja kauniit mukautetut laattalattiat koko huoneistossa. Sängyt ovat kaikki uusia. Nauti upeasta lomasta ja hyödynnä kaikkea mitä Sanibel ja Captiva saaret tarjoavat. This condo is spotlessly clean and uncluttered. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes cookware and bakeware. If you're going to be doing a lot of cooking take everything you will need such as spices, cooking oil, food wrap etc. The location is great, an easy stroll to the beach. Parking is easy and convenient. There is a lovely pool and the beautufully andscaped gardens are well maintained. This is a great condo with all the comforts of home including a very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. The thoughtful hosts were easy to reach and provided a lot of helpful information. We enjoyed our stay in this immaculate condo and definitely plan to return. Sanibel has made remarkable recovery from the hurricane two years ago and is a wonderful vacation spot.

Ken and Tiffany are excellent hosts! We recently rentedtheir beautiful condo & we were beyond pleased.The condo is clean & well equipped w/ everything you will need while vacationing on gorgeous Sanibel. We arrived @ 9 pm bc of a late flight & fortunately the condo's are well-lit. As soon as I opened my car door, I heard the ocean- that's how close they are!We stayed 2 wks & did some meals there. The kitchen has everything you will need for prep. They also have a Keurig & a drip coffee maker. Bonus: some complimentary K-cups. Also provided: start package of trash bags, paper towels, TP, dish soap, DW soap, & laundry detergent. The living area boasts an 85" TV & the entertainment center stores various games, books, and puzzles inside. The couches are comfy for watching your favorite shows. The lanai is lovely & has a charming outdoor table w/ 6 chairs to enjoy a meal overlooking the lush tropical pool area. Outside you'll also discover a closet that houses anything you can think of for enjoying the white sandy beaches; umbrellas, chairs, wagon, & all sorts of toys for the kids.The bedrooms are all spacious with attractive bedding. We used the main bedroom which has a new, high quality mattress & I'm pretty picky about those! The en suite is roomy & has a tiled walk-in shower. They also provide a hair dryer & beach towels so you don't have to take up valuable luggage space!The condo is also quiet which is something we like. You can't hear any neighbors!Rating: 10/10

Wonderful!!!!! My family of 6 had an amazing stay. The unit was super clean and very spacious. The location couldn’t have been any better. You are only steps to the beach and a short walk or bike ride to all the local flavor. Communication with the owner was spot on. They made sure everything was perfect and let us enjoy our time. This was truly a gem and would recommend to anybody who was going here. Thanks for a great week. Lots of memories were made.

Condo is beautiful, quiet and steps from the beach! The host has thought of everything. The beds are so comfortable and we slept great which that doesn’t always happen on vacation. There were chairs, umbrella, beach towels and wagon for the beach that we used everyday. The pool is very nice too. I’m so glad we chose this location and will definitely be back!

Our family had such a wonderful time here! The house was spotless and so comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It really felt like a home rather than just a beach condo...cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the mornings and coming back to relax after long days at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals together, and the beds were super cozy. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The owner was great to communicate with and made the whole process simple. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

The location being right on the beach and having so much beach gear provided for us was great! The ladder stairs weren’t super kid friendly but we understand there were clearly pictures of them in the advertisement, just a PSA for families. The only reason we gave the location/neighborhood 4 stars is due to the population. I’m not sure if it’s this way year round, but it was typically older adults that we saw at the complex or using the pool. One of our children has special needs and struggles with volume control. We didn’t feel that the older adults were too thrilled with us being in the pool at the same time as them due to him being loud. So unfortunately that caused some discomfort and at times led to us leaving the pool early. We don’t feel this is an issue with the owners of the property at all! But if it’s typically an older/quieter crowd year round I wanted to explain our experience for families with young or energetic children. We still had a wonderful time and for the most part had no issues with the owners or property!

Our first time staying in this unit and it will certainly not be our last! Super cozy, clean, and the beds are super comfortable! Location is perfect and the beach and pool are just steps from the unit. Ken was very efficient and helpful. Super grateful we found this gem!

First time in Sanibel and this rental was perfect! Clean, beautifully remodeled, and steps from the beach. Well-stocked with beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys) and very comfortable beds. Spacious layout ideal for families or groups. The pool is located right behind the condo. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. Despite some island construction from Hurricane Ian, we had plenty of dining options—loved The Shack for dessert and Gramma Dot’s for sunset. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Ken was the best host we have ever had! He was available to answer questions and give us tips and recommendations. The condo was immaculate with plenty of space and no need to take your beach supplies or bikes because they have it all! Everything was as described. When I ran into a swarm of no-see-ums, Ken contacted someone locally and was able to recommend a remedy. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept well. Excellent water pressure and well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this rental and the owners. You will not regret it!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Ken was responsive and super helpful before and during our stay. We really appreciated all of the suggestions for things to do and places to go. The condo was clean and nicely renovated and had everything we could need for a great trip. The beach supplies are a bonus, and saved us a lot of that we could spend on supporting the local restaurants and businesses instead! I would book again in a heartbeat!

Look no further!

I rented this space from Ken for a 5 night stay in Sanibel for my sister’s wedding. We had a slight hiccup upon arrival in which we reached right out to Ken. He was not only extremely responsive, but went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of and we were all set the remainder of the week. It’s a beautiful place, conveniently located and just steps away from the beach, and some of the most popular restaurants and rental spots on the island! They had everything and more that a young family with an infant and busy toddler could need, especially for the beach! I would highly recommend this spot and plan to rent from them again in the years to come!

Five Stars!!

Wow! I really don’t know where to start. If I could give Ken, the host, higher than five stars I would. Everything that was presented/promised on the VRBO site was delivered and then some! From the phone call I received, directly after the booking, to answer a couple questions I had that were regarding “post hurricanes” and advice on excursions- up through checkout. Everything was perfect- cleanliness, plenty linens, supplies, beach gear, tvs, kitchenwares… just everything. In addition, the list of recommendations I received via text for things to do/places to eat was above and beyond personal customer service. He genuinely made our trip planning feel “worry free” with all the pre-travel plans communication as if he were providing all his knowledge and preparation for the trip of a personal friend. Everything exchange communicated was instant. IMO, he really cares about providing guests with assurance of smooth, safe travel stay and pleasurable trip overall! Thank you so much, Ken!! Sorry I didn’t get around to the review sooner. Our stay was late April. It was an ideal spot on the island.
