”The condo is exactly as advertised. The decor is so cute! Made me smile when we walked in the door. We had our own beach chairs but the owners provided several nice chairs and quite a few beach towels. Quiet area, steps from the beach. Wish I knew how to upload the pics we took. Gorgeous view…sunset was exquisite! Would definitely come back!”

”We just returned from SanIbel and thought the condo was above our expectations. Per the description the pool is just a few steps and the walk to the beach was short and easy. We loved the decor and cleanliness of the unit. Beautiful, well appointed kitchen, lovely new bath and beach towels, and everything spotless.”

”The property was clean, easy to find and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beach was private and a 2 min walk away and the sunset was breathtaking. I wish our whole trip was spent here.”

”The bikes are a nice touch but they need a tune up. The pedal broke on one at day three. We rented one from Billy's to replace it. It's very quiet at this site. The pool was clean but too cold.”

”Newly renovated unit. Very attractive and comfortable. Pool was also lovely. Complex still has a bit of construction going on, but it was not noisy or obtrusive. Available as short term rental which are quite limited in Sanibel.”

”Our family had a wonderful visit to Sanibel and really enjoyed this property. We especially loved that it was ground floor and we could just walk out of the lanai and head to the beach! It was a great location and any question or concern was handled immediately. We would definitely stay here again!”

”This was our first visit to the island since Hurricane Ian. We were excited to see the recovery efforts and the Sanibel friendliness all around the island. This property was perfect for our family of grandparents, adult children and two teenagers. It was clean, well stocked for kids who want to eat every two hours, and an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was the lack of welcome communication and flexibility of the Gulf Coast Vacation Rental Company.”
