We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from a beautiful beach and so peaceful. The sunsets were absolutely stunning and such a highlight of our trip! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed, and the kids especially loved the pool. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we would come back again in a heartbeat!

Nice condo with easy access to the beach. Worked out great for us. Sofa bed was comfortable which is not common. Only downside was no tennis or pickle courts available.

The condo was very clean and furnished nicely. There was not a beach view but easy access to the beach. The only downside to this condo was the master bath was very small.

Family fun in Sanibel

Great stay, short easy walk to family staying at Hurricane House. Great shelling. Easy check-in and checkout with very clear communication.

Beach review

Our first time in Sanibel was a great experience. The property was very clean and had a lot of space for my family. The location was perfect. I will definitely stay there again. It was perfect!!!

First trip to Sanibel

We’re so pleased we found the Breakers West, the unit was clean and cool upon our arrival. The beach was steps away and everything we hoped for. We found other visitors friendly and informative. We’ll recommend Sanibel and the Breakers to friends and family.

Perfect Sanibel stay!

We spent a week in this lovely condo. The pool is steps away out the screened-in porch; the beach is out across the dunes, nothing between us and the beautiful shore. The condo is newly-furnished, and just as listed. We enjoyed several local restaurants but also cooked some evening meals in the well-furnished kitchen. We hope to return!

Beautiful property that is well-equipped.

Floors need better cleaning- we found dust bunnies in the closets & our feet turned black from walking on the floors barefoot. Otherwise we loved it!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay , only thing was by busy road, very noisy but understand as island is coming back. Nice property, quiet, close to beach. All you need. Do wish some items were stocked so everyone doesnt need to purchase stock items. This unit could use some beach towels. And door removed from master bath, absolutely impossible to squeeze in, shut door as toilet paper is behind door. Tiny toilet and shower area. Other than that was fine.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we had difficulty getting in to the unit, we had no instructions on how to operate the lock. Unit smelled moldy and had visible water damage. Dryer was broken, sleeper sofa was also broken, and no bedding was provided for sleeper sofa.

Slice of Heaven on the Beach

We can't say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the charm and tranquility of the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and has easy beach access that made every morning feel like a dream.Our condo was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to the pool and beach — it truly felt like a home away from home. We loved having coffee on the balcony each morning, watching the palm trees sway and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal: close enough to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene.The beach was just a short walk away, and we spent countless hours shelling, swimming, and simply relaxing by the water. Two beach chairs and an umbrella provided made it easy for us to plan our beach days. Evenings were spent enjoying spectacular sunsets and quiet strolls along the shore — absolute perfection.The Breakers West offers a wonderful balance of relaxation and convenience, and we are so grateful for the memories we made here. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway on Sanibel Island!

Great location but condo needs upgrades

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great central location with easy access to amenities and the beach, but we were disappointed in the property itself. It was comfortable and we liked having a kitchen, laundry and a screened porch, but the refrigerator is ancient and the icemaker doesn't work and the kitchen needs a few more utensils and salt and pepper. For the price we paid, we expected to have beach towels, a usable beach umbrella and chairs to use on the beach. The umbrella was in shreds and we had one beach towel. We were unable to spend time hanging out on the beach without those things. The other outside equipment was in a disorganized pile on the porch. The toilet and tub area in the main bath was really cramped. We love Sanibel Island and will return, but we will look at other properties. I could recommend with reservation, explaining our dissatisfactions. Thanks.

Magical Merriment

Our family stayed at the condo Christmas week. The condo is extremely clean and comfortable. The property managers sent us updates prior to our arrival and check-in and check-out were seamless. We loved the private beach access from the condo and used the complex pool daily. There is also a deck on the top where we enjoyed star gazing at night. The condo was peaceful and quiet and conveniently located to a variety of excursions on Sanibel and Captiva, as well as groceries and great restaurants. A wonderful place to stay while enjoying the magic and nature of Sanibel!

First time to the island. Loved it. Condo location good. Loved the walking/bike bath. Would recommend the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge-wonderful.
