Our unit is completely brand new and is located in the back of the property, so your tranquility and privacy are not bothered by car or pedestrian traffic. We’ve stocked the Unit with every imaginable amenity (for example, plush towels, beach chairs, wagon, and every kitchen need…like wine glasses.

The condo offers two inviting bedrooms: the primary features a plush king bed and flat-screen TV for winding down in comfort, while the second bedroom includes two (2) full size beds—perfect for kids or additional guests. Both rooms are light-filled, thoughtfully styled, and designed for restful nights after sun-soaked days. Plus, there is a comfortable double-sized pull-out couch in the living room.

Located just a short walk from private beach access, this unit also includes access to a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a BBQ area. Plus, you’ll be minutes from Sanibel’s best shopping, dining, and 23 miles of scenic bike paths.
