Tältä rauhalliselta luksushuoneistolta Sanibelin Tarpon Beachillä on upeat näkymät ja kauniit tontit. Päivitetty kokonaan. Kun kävelet kirkkaassa rauhoittavassa huoneistossa, huomaat ensin upeat näkymät kuohuvesille. Täysin päivitetyssä keittiössä on mukautetut kaapit, laattalattialattiat, graniittitasot, romahtunut marmori backsplash ja päivitetyt laitteet. Avoimessa ruokasalissa on neljä istuinta pöydässä sekä kolme istuinta aamiaisbaarissa. Laattalattialattia jatkuu avoimessa olohuoneessa, jossa mukavat sohvat ja tuolit, taulutelevisio ja upeat näkymät. Nauti illallinen ja trooppiset tuulet turvatarkasta Lanai, johon pääsee olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, näkymät lahdelle, taulutelevisio ja oma kylpyhuone. Kylpyhuoneessa on graniittitasot ja kaakeloitu suihku, lasiovi. Vieraasi tai perheesi ovat erittäin mukavat vierashuoneessa, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, taulutelevisio ja eteinen kylpyhuone, jossa on graniittitasot ja kaakeloitu amme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Will go back!

Great place to stay! The only issue we had was when we left, the water in the master bath shower wouldn’t turn off so we had to turn the main water off and couldn’t finish the checkout list. Other than that, great place!

A wonderful location, and you can't find better views!

After visiting the Sanibel/Captiva area many times in the past, we wanted to try something different for our first post-Covid visit. During those previous vacations, we would stay In Captiva at a historic hotel with cottages. Wanting to give staying in Sanibel a try, we found this lovely condo listed on Vrbo, and we are so glad that we did! The property is well-kept and immaculate, as well as being gorgeous. The entire property is very quiet, being set-off from the main road. The pool was warm, clean and never crowded. The boardwalk to the lovely beach, and its many beautiful shells, is wonderful. Other renters and homeowners at the property were pleasant and friendly, and the convenience of the location cannot be understated. It is just minutes from food shopping, fresh ice cream, and wonderful local restaurants. It is also just minutes from eco-tourism, including nature boat rides, a wildlife rehabilitation center, and the J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge. The condo itself is attractive, clean, immaculate and fresh. The kitchen is well supplied. The comfortable and roomy master bedroom overlooks the patio and its Gulf and beach views. The master bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower. We enjoyed many a meal on the screened patio. The patio area provides great views of the pool area, the boardwalk to the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico. We saw many different birds, hares, tortoises, and lizards, as well as dolphins in the Gulf. And all were seen right from the patio! The photos provided with the listing do not do justice to the beauty of this property. We will definitely return to this little piece of Sanibel paradise!

Wonderful West Gulf Property

We stayed for 2 weeks. We have stayed in many locations on the island but really loved this location and unit. It was clean, bright with everything you would need! Beach chairs and umbrella included! We will be back next year! The pool at Tarpon Bay is great. Pickleball court is great too, gas grills available for cooking. Overall excellent unit!

We loved the condo, the condo community and the location. In fact, we re-booked for next year. There were a a few issues which were promptly handled by the real estate agent’s work crews. We have a few suggestions. The washer/dryer is small apt sized. They should be upgraded to full-sized. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are substandard. They should all be replaced. There were only 4 beach towels which were small, thin and shredding. There need to be at least 6 big thirsty real beach towels. Costco sells great reasonably priced beach towels. The beach chairs were the cheap, almost sitting on the sand chairs. Very hard for us middle aged people to sit in and get up from. They need to be upgraded with 6 new Tommy Bahama backpack chairs from Costco along with 2 Tommy Bahamas beach umbrellas with spiral bottoms for easier set up. There were 2 flimsy, hard to set up umbrellas that did not have a built in corkscrew bottom. These chairs and umbrellas are cheap and easy to get at Costco. These new items would make the beach experience so much better.

Great Place to Stay

We had a great week in this beautiful condo. It was very clean, comfortably furnished and had a kitchen with everything we needed for when we decided to cook. The location is great and the ocean front screened porch got a ton of use. Finally, the property manager was extremely accessible and helpful for any question. We would definitely stay again.

Look no further!

Beautiful property located just steps away from the beach yet close to shopping and more! This condo had everything we needed and more! This has been beautifully remodeled with newer appliances (and dishwasher), granite countertops and beautiful tiled wood-look floors! The washer/dryer located in the unit were especially helpful! The Property Mangers stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed! I would recommend this unit over and over again!

Perfectly situated condo on beach and to shops

We had a wonderful week in this condo. It’s comfortably furnished and situated with a wonderful view of the beach and pool and right off a bike path to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed the screened in porch every day with beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a fresh fish dinner we caught. I would completely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Paradise Beach

We love Sanibel Island and this condo provided a beautiful view of the beach . Being right on the beach made it so nice to just walk out on to the sand and enjoy the beach anytime of the day .

So close to a 5-star...

The condo was beautiful and well-appointed. In fact, the pictures didn't do it justice! However, on the first day, we reached out to the property manager to advise them that the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom didn't work, the icemaker on the fridge also didn't work, and the freezer door had to be jerked open and slammed closed - every.single.time. I didn't receive any return communication so I reached out again on Monday and received a terse response that "maintenance hade been notified." I did not hear from them the remainder of our stay, nor did maintenance ever come to the condo. Because of the layout of the condo and the primary bedroom only having one vent and no ceiling fan, it was very uncomfortable sleeping at night. Additionally, we had to buy bagged ice all week and fight with the freezer door every time we had to open it. All of those seem minor by themselves, however, along with the terse response and no one ever showing up to fix the aforementioned items it took what could have easily been a 5-star review down to a 3-star.

Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time on this trip! We love Sanibel and Kingfisher made our stay easy and great! We had a problem with our washer not working the first day and they came out the very next morning and fixed it and the tech left a nice note on the fridge. They are very nice and quick to help. This was our second time to stay at this place and we will definitely be back!😍
