    Nauti Sanibel Island -lomakohteestasi Sundial F207: llä, joka sijaitsee Sundial Beach Resortissa Sanibel-saaren itäpäässä. Hissi on saatavilla avuksesi. Tässä suunnitelmassa on tilava avoin konsepti-oleskelutila ja täysin varustettu keittiö, joka täydentää pient�� perhettä viihdyttävinä tai nauttia parina. Sundial Beach Resort on noin 12 minuutin ajomatkan p��ässä Sanibelin majakan rannalta ja kalastuslaiturilta. Hotelli on vain muutaman minuutin päässä Sanibelin sydämestä, josta löydät runsaasti ravintoloita, putiikkeja ja helposti helposti pyörällä tai auto!  seikkailusi paratiisissa odottaa ...

    LYHYT OMINAISUUDET
    Tule nauttimaan Sundialin toisesta kerroksesta, 1 makuuhuoneesta, 1 kylpyhuonehuoneistosta. Kauniisti päivitetty keittiö ja taulu-älytelevisio olohuoneessa sekä toinen TV makuuhuoneessa. Makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-vuodetta sekä queen-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Uusia olohuoneen kalusteita lis��ttiin äskettäin entistä parempaan kokemukseen. Pohjapiirros tarjoaa erillisen makuuhuoneen olohuoneesta, jossa on ranskalaiset ovet kahden huoneen välillä. Nauti aamuista kupillista kahvia tai iltapäivän aurinkoa tilavalla turvatarkastuslaajilla. 

    Sundialissa on 4 uima-allasta, tennis- ja pickleball-kentät (lisämaksu), paikan päällä olevat ravintolat ja allasbaari, spa-palvelut ja paljon muuta. Nauti uusista julkisista ravintoloista, Sea Breeze -kahvilaista, Turtles Beach & Pool Bar -ravintolasta ja Slice of Paradise Pizza & Saladista. Nice time

Nice place inside. Cable t.v. was out for the weekend ( during the nfl championships). Great location. Convenient access to grocery stores. Short walk to beach. Very nice folks at rental agency. We will return.

Sundial one bedroom- a great location on the island

This condo is on the older side without many updates, but it was very clean and comfortable. It has a large balcony, though no view of the water. It was so nice that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use as it is only a short walk to the beach. We also rode our bikes all over the many trails. We love Sundial and Sanibel, so this is a wonderful place to stay!

Great location but the condo is kind of dingy

Overall we liked it and will rent again but if you are looking for a up to date condo this is not the one for you. The resort is excellent and we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was a good experience.

It was very nice.

It was very nice. Walking distance to the beach and a nice pool setup as well. We were there for a wedding that had to be rescheduled once and they were good about letting everyone chance their condos or find a new one if needed, so we could all still make it down. The only downfall was the hurricane that hit while we were down there and they turned off the water and electricity in 3 of the condo units for about 24 hours. All in all though, I would stay there again Because of COVID-19, we didn't have much interaction or contact with the team members but they were very accomidating

Not what I expected

Lock was difficult to operate on front door...maintenance was contacted was given a new key, but still very difficult to unlock door..tried again to open door with key on following day. .spent almost half hour outside in hot sun waiting for help to open door with key...was told by maintenance man key was not good after he worked on lock . Couch had hole in it...handle was broken on microwave, making it difficult to operate...glass top tables were not clean when entering condo..had to ask for cleaning help,as lamps were not plugged in, making it difficult for me as older lady to have to move couch and plug in lamps,thereby noticing accumulated dirt behind couch and bed in bedroom( not helpful for guest with allergies)... was difficult to get more washcloths when needed

When we arrived, we noticed a horrible smell in the unit. Whether it was the odor of an animal or old cigarette smoke, it was very unpleasant and remained the entire stay. The unit was not clean: The floors were unclean - footprints/shoe prints could be seen on the floor. The shower handle (to turn the water on/off) was covered in mold, the curtains in the living room and bedroom were filthy and the curtains in the bedroom were off their track and left hanging. Grime could be seen in the a/c vents. Kitchen plugs did not work. The smoke detector - first day... starting beeping. We gave it to the maintenance staff and it was never replaced during our stay. Within the establishment, the location was close to the pool and beach but other than that, it was not a pleasant stay.

Lets start with the good, the location is on the second floor near the parking lot a short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen was unusable. First three days the kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cabinets were infested with thousands of small sugar ants. Management did come out twice to treat the issue. First time they left more bait traps, the second time they sprayed. After spraying no one ever came back to clean the kitchen. So insect spray on all the surfaces. Very limited selections of pots and pans. The kitchen, and bathroom are in need of updating and are showing their age. The bath tub faucet is somewhat difficult to operate and should be replaced. Small children and adults with weak hands with not be apply to turn the nob. This unit had a musty smell had to leave the patio door open to reduce the smell. The patio door should either be repair or replaced. The rollers on the bottom of the door are worn and rusted making it difficult to open and close. The unit has two TV's one in the bedroom and one in the main room. Both sets come with multiple remotes, most which do not work. The channel listing that is provided is out of date and did not match the current channels. The wall colors were nice and went with the furnishing, however there were a number of areas where the paint had been chipped. The air vent in the bedroom was dirty. Still waiting to hear back on our issues, where told that someone would be in contact, I guess that make not happen. The exterior of the resort was well kept. We traveled with friends that stayed in a different unit, that unit was up to date, bug free, and did not have an odor. Maybe we got the only poorly maintained unit?

Reviewer Comments: The "inspection crew" and office staff went over and above to help me out when I lost my wallet, helping to search the condo after I had already checked out. The condo unit is very convenient to the pool and beach access, and there were plenty of lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate everyone. Weather was fantastic, shelling exceptional, and overall experience was perfect for celebrating my 50th!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Met with ants, slider door needs to be replace could not open, beach chairs were ******, the dish ware glasses need to be updated there were only 3-4 glasses would not use they were all stained. Toaster needs to be replaced, the shower knob looks dirty and moldy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one bedroom condo was fairly spacious and clean. We did not do a lot of cooking but found the kitchen was reasonably stocked with utensils etc. Location was great with regard to pool and beach access. Negatives we encountered 1) the shower would set off the smoke alarm, 2) wifi was practically nonexistent and 3) beds not very comfortable. Would only recommend to a friend after telling them the cons.
