Aurinkokello B306 - Suora rantakuva, päivitetty, kuuntele aaltoja

Sundial B306 -yksikkö Sunsanibelillä on suora merinäköala, jossa on liukuvat lasiovet, jotka avautuvat olohuoneen koko leveydeltä merituulet huomioon ottaen ja kuuntelevat surffausta. Sundial F401 on suurempi ja on lähellä merenrantaa, ja sen ympärille on käännetty parveke molemmilta puolilta ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu. ja uusittu muutaman viime vuoden aikana. Tarjoamme suuren suojatun parvekkeen, jossa on kalusteet. B306 uudistettiin kokonaan Corian-työtasoilla / graniitti työtasoilla, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuilla laitteilla, kruunun muovauksella, laattalattialla. Olemme ostaneet kaikki uudet olohuoneen, ruokailutilan Tommy Bahama -tyyliset kalusteet, taidetta ja tarvikkeita viime vuosina ja uusia äskettäin ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita. Meidän huoneisto nukkuu 6 (parisänky, kuningatar ja kahden hengen huoneessa, kuningatar vuodesohva), on täysin varustettu ja sisustettu trooppisiin väreihin. Koska tämä on oma lomakoti, toimitamme joitain lisäominaisuuksia - pesukone / kuivausrumpu, kattotuuletin sekä AC, 3 taulutelevisiota, videonauhuri, DVD, ilmainen wifi, stereot, kiikarit, hiustenkuivaaja kylpyammeissa, rantatuoleja, ranta pyyhkeet, piknikjäähdytin rannalle, rantaleluja, pelejä, kirjoja jne. Pac-N-Play ja syöttötuoli saatavana nuoremmille vieraillemme.

Parhaat hinnat ovat viikoittain la. lauantaan Vähintään 4 päivän saatavuus sesongin ulkopuolella.

Saatavana on myös B307, 1 makuuhuone (vuodepaikkoja 4) - vieressä ja Sundial F401,2-makuuhuone / 2 kylpyamme, rantahotelli, jonka ympärillä on parveke. Jos kalenteri näyttää varatun, minulla on muita aurinkokello-ominaisuuksia, joita voin tarjota.

Aurinkokello tarjoaa 4 lämmitettyä uima-allasta, 1/2 mailia. uncrowded beach, grillausmahdollisuus, ilmainen langaton internet ja shuffleboard. Yleisölle on tarjolla viereisessä erillisessä Sundial Resort -ravintolassa ravintola, tiki-baari, pizzakeittiö, Bailey's Maretplace, tennis- ja kattilopallo (maksullinen), kylpyläpalvelut ja Sanibel Sea School. I chose this condo for the easy walk to the beach for my medically complex child and so that my teenager could independently go between the condo and the beach. It worked perfect for that and had a lovely view of the ocean. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It was easy to get back and forth to the beach.

B306 was a very clean, neatly appointed two bedroom condominium at Sundial West. Great location on the island. The community is well maintained. The beach and pool were great. The view from the balcony was very nice. This was a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider going back!

The resort as a whole is fantastic and this condo was located close enough to everything. There was a small pool about a minute walk away and the main pool is about a 3 minute walk. The view of the ocean from our room was amazing and getting to the beach was quick too! The owner really tries to provide the same essentials you'd find in a hotel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion... etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. It really was a great stay!

We stayed at Candy’s Sundial B306 property. The pictures of the property do not give this property justice at all. It is better in person then the photos show. The view was incredible. My family of 6 all stayed here for a week. My boyfriend and I slept in the master bedroom, my 19 and 12 year old daughters shared the queen bed and my 12 year old son slept in the twin bed while my 15 year old son slept on the sofa sleeper in the living room. We were cozy but very comfortable. Candy's property is very affordable and reasonably priced. The sundial property and parking was easy to get in and out of and easy to park at. I strongly recommend working with Candy.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very bright and beachy. The view was amazing and we loved to sit on the screened balcony and listen to the waves. The grounds to the property were very clean. Candy was great with communication and made our check in process very smooth. The beach and pool access are both super close. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided for the beach. The washer and dryer were a big plus! The little marketplace and restaurants at the Sundial resort are right there. We rode our bikes over to grab snacks and have ice cream. There were plenty of towels and linens available . We had a wonderful stay and would love to return some day!

The listing was accurate. Location was excellent. The view from the balcony was better than I thought it would be. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the pool. I appreciated the beach towels and beach toys for the kids that I didn’t have to pack. Communication with the owner was great. My only suggestion would be that some of the decor was a little bit dated and could be replaced or taken out (like there was a rusty/broken figurine in the master bathroom). But those are just little things that didn’t impact our stay. Overall it was a great trip. We liked the island cow, the over easy cafe, the timber’s restaurant, and the love boat for ice cream. The condo was close to everything. Thank you!

The view was great as was proximity to the beach. The AC worked very well and was appreciated on the hotter days. Otherwise we opened all the glass doors to the balcony and enjoyed the fresh air. All the small appliances were in working order. Beds were comfortable. We had breakfasts in the condo and used the outdoor grill once. Suggestions for the kitchen would be a new set of frying pans and cooking/frying utensils. Also a barbeque spatula. Our socks got dirty (black) from the bare floors but thank goodness the washer and dryer worked well. We enjoyed the large iguana that was munching leaves just across from our balcony.
