A few steps from the Ariston Theatre (Casa Giannina)

CASA GIANNINA is a charming apartment located in the heart of Sanremo, a few steps from the Ariston Theatre. Crossing the threshold, a wide corridor leads to the two bedrooms: the first has a double bed, while the second has a single bed. Both rooms are furnished with wooden chests of drawers and decorated in neutral colours, with bamboo chairs and ornaments that evoke the colours and style of the Mediterranean, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire sleeping area is characterised by well-divided spaces, while maintaining an open layout with no doors between the rooms. An ideal solution for families or groups of friends looking for a shared, yet cosy space.

Continuing along the corridor, decorated with wooden elements and two single beds, you arrive at the living area, where an open kitchen opens onto a cosy area with a dining table, single sofa bed and TV (Please note: the sofa bed is not made up for your arrival, because we think it\'s only right that you should be able to use the sofa during the hours you\'re not sleeping. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the cupboard/shelf closest to the sofa). The entire apartment tells its story through the antique doors and the black and white floor, decorated with an elegant geometric pattern.

The bathroom can be accessed from two points: one from the living room, which leads to the area with the washing machine, and one from the corridor, which leads to the washbasin, the bathtub and the toilet.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment doesn\'t have a private car park, but there are numerous free public car parks along the seafront.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

CASA GIANNINA is located in the heart of Sanremo, just a few steps (70 metres) from the famous Ariston Theatre and the city\'s main attractions. In the surrounding area you can explore the characteristic streets of the old town, full of boutiques, cafés and restaurants offering traditional Ligurian specialities. A few minutes\' walk away you\'ll find the famous Casino (6 minutes), the seafront with the marvellous Passeggiata dell\'Imperatrice (5 minutes) and the splendid beaches (10 minutes), perfect for a day of sun and relaxation. A short distance away is the Russian Orthodox Church, with its elegant onion domes, a testament to the historical link between Sanremo and the Russian aristocracy. Not far away, you can immerse yourself in the evocative atmosphere of La Pigna, the medieval village of Sanremo, with its uphill alleys, panoramic views and ancient architecture. The central location of the accommodation allows you to move around easily without a car, enjoying the lively and authentic atmosphere of the city.



How to get there:

By car, take the A10 motorway towards Ventimiglia. After about 140 km, take the Arma di Taggia or Sanremo Est exit; the apartment is 10 minutes away.

By train, from the Genova Piazza Principe station, take the Regional Express 3364 to Ventimiglia, stopping at Sanremo (14 stops, about 2 hours).
