Lovely apartment with balcony and sea view in San Remo, located in a quiet and slightly elevated area to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is within walking distance from the center, stores and beaches and a short distance from the renowned Casino and Ariston Theater. This accommodation is the perfect combination of tranquility, sea and entertainment.



The accommodation, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area with a sofa bed and television. The open kitchen is organized and functional, convenient for those who are passionate about cooking and want to enjoy quiet dinners at home. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with a single bed. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout.

The house offers a balcony with a sea view and furnished with an outdoor dining table to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors.

San Remo: City of Flowers, Casino and Song Festival. In the province of Imperia, San Remo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori, and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of some value, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed. During your stay you should also visit the San Remo Casino, to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to World War II. Emblematic of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival is held every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

It is also advisable not to leave the city without taking a walk along the Empress promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



Nice and Genoa airports are an hour and 10 minutes and just over two hours' drive from the apartment, respectively, while San Remo train station is a 15-minute drive away.
