The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



The tourist tax will be collected in cash for the first 15 nights, as required by the municipality of Sanremo. Children under 12 are exempt.
