Perched on the fourth floor of a well-located building in the heart of Sanremo, Il Quarto Piano is a character-filled penthouse apartment of 99 square metres that feels genuinely removed from the bustle of the city below. Large VELUX skylights flood the interior with natural light from above, giving the space an airy, private atmosphere that is quite unlike a conventional apartment — the sky is your view from inside, and the sea is your view from the terrace.



The furnished terrace is a real highlight: spacious enough to be a living area in its own right, it is equipped with a table, two chairs, and two sun loungers. From here you can take in a wide panoramic view stretching across the Mediterranean, with the sea just 100 metres away and the illuminated facade of the Sanremo Casino directly in front of you.



Inside, the apartment sleeps up to three guests across a dedicated double bedroom and a single bed in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, and coffee machine — everything needed for comfortable self-catering. The bathroom is well appointed with a whirlpool bath, separate shower, and bidet. Linens, towels, and a bathroom courtesy kit are all provided.



Additional comforts include air conditioning, autonomous heating, a smart TV, washing machine, and high-speed Wi-Fi.



A few things worth knowing before you book: this is a mansard apartment, which means ceiling heights vary and guests of taller stature should be mindful in certain areas. The building has a lift, but it serves only up to the second floor — the remaining two flights are by stairs. The VELUX skylights should be kept closed when you are out, particularly in changeable weather, as one is positioned directly above the bed in the bedroom.



Self check-in is available from 16:00 to midnight, and check-out is by 10:00. Waste sorting is required indoors following the provided instructions; collection and disposal are handled by the cleaning team.
