The entrance to the apartment leads directly into a cozy area, where on the right is the bedroom. This is furnished with a large sliding closet, a double bed flanked by two bedside tables, and a large window that offers plenty of natural light. The room is also equipped with an air conditioner and a smart TV for optimal comfort.



Opposite the entrance is the bathroom, which is spacious and functional, with a comfortable shower stall, a sink, a bidet, and a window that brightens the room. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.



To the left of the entrance is a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which is ideal for accommodating guests, and the kitchen is complete with five burners, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker to meet all culinary needs. The area is air conditioned thanks to an air conditioner. A table for four and a smart TV complete the space, as well as a balcony that overlooks Corso Matuzia, offering a pleasant view
