Dear Guest,Thank you for your review, your opinion is very important and sharing it gives us the opportunity to share our side as well.Unfortunately, we must disagree regarding the fact that you were following all the rules; the staff of the restaurant has politely informed you that it was not possible to have lunch at the restaurant in swimsuit and, despite your overreaction towards our employee, the restaurant staff has offered you, again politely, the possibility to move to a table of our snack bar where no dress code is required.The general manager has just reiterated a policy that was already explained to you, valid for all our guests and that has never represented a problem for those guests who are frequent visitors of luxury Hotels and therefore already used to a dress code.Lastly, we are sure that contrary to what stated in your review, you have enjoyed Royal Hotel Sanremo indeed, you have even extended your stay with an additional night and after a late check out requested by you and allowed by us free of charge, you have spent the rest of the afternoon by that “terrible” pool!
