The accommodation, located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto a living area consisting of a double sofa bed, television and dining table. The kitchen is complete with amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bedroom with a single sofa bed. Through all rooms there is access to the furnished terrace with an outdoor dining table. Two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

*Because it is uphill, it is not suitable for walkers and necessarily requires a vehicle to reach the center and beaches.



Guests are provided with amenities such as free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, air conditioning and heating.

San Remo: City of Flowers, Casino and Song Festival. In the province of Imperia, San Remo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori, and in this regard Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of some value, created with both typical plants and exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, the Cathedral of San Siro, San Remo's oldest religious building, the Russian Church, among the city's most famous symbols, and the Baroque-style Madonna della Costa Sanctuary are not to be missed. During your stay you should also visit the San Remo Casino, to admire the structure and gambling halls dating back to World War II. Emblematic of the city is the Ariston Theater, the famous stage where the Italian song festival is held every year, or simply, a cinema that hosts shows and ballets during the rest of the year.

It is also advisable not to leave the city without taking a walk along the Empress promenade, paved with marble and adorned with palm trees and the Statue of Spring by sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.



Nice and Genoa airports are an hour and 10 minutes and just over two hours' drive from the apartment, respectively, while San Remo train station is a 20-minute drive away.
