CASA ROMANA is the ideal choice for couples looking for an intimate and comfortable accommodation, close to the beach and well connected to Sanremo’s main attractions.

The apartment welcomes guests with a small entrance hall leading to a colorful kitchen, fully equipped and featuring a dining table and a TV. The living room, furnished with two bedside tables and a solid wood sideboard, offers a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Two decorative paintings capture the essence of the city, depicting majestic historic buildings and lush green palm trees, while the bedside lamps, placed on either side of the bed, emit a soft light that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the two bright French doors, both the kitchen and the living room have direct access to the charming balcony, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but there are numerous free public parking spots nearby.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

For cycling enthusiasts, the Riviera dei Fiori Coastal Park Cycle Path is just 300 meters away. This scenic 28 km route runs along the coastline, passing through picturesque villages, bridges, and tunnels, from Ospedaletti to Diano Marina.

Sanremo’s pedestrian historic center, with its cafés, restaurants, and traditional shops, is easily reachable in about a 10-minute drive. Here, you can visit the majestic Russian Cathedral, the famous Sanremo Casino, and the beloved Ariston Theatre, home to the renowned Sanremo Music Festival. How to get there:

By car: From Genoa, take the A10/E80 motorway towards Ventimiglia and exit at Sanremo. From there, follow your GPS instructions to reach the accommodation in about 10 minutes.

By train: Sanremo train station is well connected to several locations in Liguria, Piedmont, and Lombardy. From Genoa Piazza Principe station, take the InterCity 637 train towards Ventimiglia and get off at Sanremo.
