Located on the first floor of a building, accessible via 16 steps, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Its interiors stand out for their unique aesthetic identity, featuring rich shades of green and red, quality wooden parquet flooring, carefully selected furnishings, and cinema-inspired decorations that give each space an elegant and distinctive character.



The double bedroom is a bright and relaxing space, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, quality bed linen, a desk, and an open wardrobe. Direct access to the balcony allows natural light to fill the room and offers the opportunity to enjoy peaceful moments outdoors from the very beginning of the day.



The spacious and welcoming living room is the heart of the apartment, an ideal place to unwind after exploring Sorrento, the beaches, and the wonders of the Amalfi Coast. It features a comfortable double sofa bed, suitable for two additional guests, a Smart TV, and a dining area with a round table and four chairs. Cinema-inspired artwork adds a creative and original touch to the atmosphere.



The compact and functional kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, perfect for preparing breakfast, hot drinks, and simple meals. Please note that there is no stovetop. However, the apartment's central location makes it easy to discover the many restaurants, cafés, and traditional trattorias in the surrounding area.



La Perla Rara features two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and towels, plus a second guest toilet, particularly convenient for families and small groups. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fast, reliable Wi-Fi, suitable for remote working and streaming. Bed linen, three towels per guest, and complimentary toiletries including soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are also provided.



One of the apartment's most enjoyable features is its private balcony, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. Furnished with a small table, chairs, and sun loungers, it overlooks a charming tree-lined avenue and offers the perfect setting for a morning coffee, a good book, or a relaxing evening outdoors.



Location is another major advantage. Sant’Agnello is a charming and authentic town on the Sorrento Peninsula, ideal for travelers who want to stay close to Sorrento while avoiding its busiest areas. The train station, shops, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants are all within a few minutes' walk, making a car unnecessary during your stay. Convenient rail connections provide easy access to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples, while ferries departing from nearby Sorrento connect travelers to Capri and other beautiful destinations around the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast.



The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring privacy and independence. Check-in is carried out personally by a member of our staff, who will welcome you at the property and gladly provide helpful information and local recommendations. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance before check-in.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM incur an additional fee of €30, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM incur a fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival. A valid identification document is required for every guest at check-in for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities.



The property does not offer private parking, but street parking is available in permitted areas at an indicative cost of approximately €15 per week. The Sant’Agnello tourist tax is €4 per person per night, applies from April to October, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.
