”We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them.”

"Hotelli oli todella loistava ja palvelu pelasi. Ainoa miinus oli hotellialueelta poistuttaessa katuvalojen puute. N. 500 metrin matka piti kulkea pimeää katua (jalkakäytävä oli) pitkin ennen kuin pääsi valaistulle kadulle. Alue oli kuitenkin siisti, vaikka ympärillä olevat rakennukset olivat autioita. Valojen puute ei ollut hotellista johtuvaa, mutta siihen kannattaa varautua, mikäli aikoo kulkea julkisilla liikennevälineillä."
