”Really lovely place and staff, we were extremely happy with the room! Very well located, close to biggest sightseeings. Everything was new and modern, as this place is only 1 year old and freshly renovated. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!”

”What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps.”

”Siisti pieni hotelli. Erinomainen sijainti rautatieaseman ja vesibussipysäkkien vieressä, lentokenttäbussille lyhyt kävelymatka. Rauhallinen ympäristö lyhyen sivukujan varrella. Huone melko pieni, sänky hyvä. Asiallinen aamiainen. ”

”This hotel is very centrally located, 1min walk from the water taxi, which is very convenient as in Venice you have to walk your luggage to your stay after getting off from the Water Taxi. The rooms are big and spacious. They have small kitchen and laundry, which was very handy. The only downside was that the beds were not that comfortable.”

”Venetsia kokemuksena ainutlaatuinen. Istituto Ciliota hotellina omanlaisensa; palvelussa itse hotellilla parannettavaa ja paljon. Hotelli antaa liian ympäripyöreitä tietoja esim. liikkumisesta tyyliin 5 minuuttia tuonne ja 8 minuuttia tänne. Parempi kun triplaat tuon ajan joka kerta! Samoin kuin hotellin löytäminen, tai yleensä paikallistaminen kartalla on työlästä, puhumattakaan saapumisesta yömyöhään Marco Polon lentokentältä tai vesibussipysäkiltä. Lisäksi huoneet ovat todella pieniä;...

”Clean and nice hotel with good AC. No sign on the road, so hard to notice when arriving. Buses run regularly from Lido center and back (A and V). Very peaceful area, no services like restaurants or shops nearby but hotel has own restaurant and in Lido there is many restaurants etc. We loved staying here and making trips to Venice and other islands and villages.”

”It was clean and people were friendly. It was a little dark and gloomy inside. Could use a few updates to brighten the property. Also 3 flights to move luggage is a lot. ”

”Contattare la struttura giorni prima per esigenze è stato impossibile. La tv in camera non trasmetteva i canali nazionali. La pulizia dei cuscini lasciava a desiderare. Il resto della camera pulita e la strutture è comoda per spostarsi a Venezia”

”Clean, new hotel with comfy beds, air-conditioning and a kitchenette. Everything new and functioning well. Helpful staff, laundry and breakfast available for considerable price. 5 minutes from the train station. Bus for Venice leaving from the next street and train also available. Takes 15-20 minutes. ”

”We used this hotel standard suite during our honeymoon trip to Venice. There were issues what kind of suite we get but those were quickly resolved by friendly stuff and we got what we paid for. Service is good but hotel rooms are a bit out dated, would need some fixing here and there. Overall impression was positive, good hotel near those famous places surrounding San Marco square.”
