”Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing. Palazzo Columbo is an annex, away from all the hotel’s facilities, which was not made clear on either Expedia or the hotel’s own website. I’m also not convinced we received the room category we booked. The room had a broken toilet seat, and given the annex has only four rooms, basic amenities like a kettle and coffee maker should be provided. Breakfast was very underwhelming with tiny portions and poor quality a limit of three items, and...
