NO PARTIES:
To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties or gatherings. We utilize the "Minut Smart Home" which has the feature of measuring sound levels inside of our home. If the noise level is too loud (usually means parties, large group of people, loud sounds or music) we may let you know. After the warning, if the noise continues, you could be asked to leave without a refund.
There is also a Ring doorbell to verify occupancy

Early Check-in Late Check-out Requests:

Please be advised that Early Check-in and or Late Check-out is subject for review and approval. We highly suggest to reach out in the morning of your check-in date so we can verify if adjustments can be made on our end.

Fee for Early Check-in and Late Check out is $50/hour. 

Official Check-out is at 11AM. Late Check-out is subject for approval and latest is at 12 Noon. Late check out without agreement will result on $50 penalty fee per hour.
