”Overall great stay!!! Loved the place and the area….. lots to eat! We stayed a week and could have used more towels, kitchen doesn’t have all essentials but enough to make it happen. Lorena was super attentive and helpful when needed and we will stay here again!!! ”

Great communication as well, as the parking/check-in instructions are a bit complex due to the nature of the space. However, those instructions are thorough and very easy to follow once on site. After getting over that surprise and worry of safety, we were just fine. We needed somewhere to sleep, eat, and shower while we played at Universal and Disneyland and we were able to do that! Downtown Santa Ana is great and has coffee and shops within walking distance. Check in was extremely easy, receiving codes and details a few hours before check-in. The secure garage was a plus and we felt very safe knowing only residents of the building had access. There was a nice gym and lobby area for the building as well.
