”The hotel was at a great location. We were able to walk to heavenly village from the hotel. I thought i booked for a queen but it definitely felt like a full size bed i barely fit in the bed w my husband. Also i tried going to the jacuzzi multi times, it was always occupied with people. ”

”Upon arrival, there was no one at concierge to give me the key package. Phone their emergency number and no one called back. Phoned their office, spoke with someone who said they would get right back to me and nothing. Had to book another hotel for the night and now will have to deal with Expedia to hopefully get a refund. ”
