This light-filled studio apartment, 1-bed 1-bath, can sleep up to 3 people in an open concept design that maximizes space and comfort.

French doors open to a paved patio with grill and outdoor seating, all enclosed by a large private garden with established hedge. Only a few blocks from downtown Santa Barbara, and a ten-minute drive to the beach, the central location makes it easy to explore all that the city has to offer - no need to bring a car!

INSIDE THE HOUSE

This secluded studio sits on the grounds of a larger occupied home, with a quiet and secluded yard surrounding and a large patio area with BBQ grill and seating. French doors to the patio open from the open concept living area, where a sectional couch folds into a twin bed. A 31in flat screen TV is mounted on the wall, with modern furnishings maximizing the spacious feel.

Adjacent is the dining area, with a wooden table seating 4 and casual bar seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen itself is well stocked, with light wooden cabinets and small and large appliances for a comfortable stay.

A large mirrored closet is used as a divider between the living and sleeping area. Behind it, you'll find a comfortable Cali King bed and nightstand. The bathroom has a glassed-in walk in shower and single vanity.

Quiet hours at this rental are from 9pm-9am. Parties and smoking are not permitted.

OUR LOCATION

Centrally located only a few minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, you can walk to Arlington Theater for live events or head over to Alameda Plaza where there are picnic facilities and a gorgeous gazebo amongst expansive green spaces.

It's only ten minutes' drive to the waterfront, with Stearns Wharf offering restaurants and shops in a historic venue. Santa Barbara Zoo is also only ten minutes, and can be enjoyed by young and old. If you're after a relaxing break, meander down the coast to Leadbetter Beach where lawns, picnicking areas and white sands make for a great day out.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
