Magnificent!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful, it is an underrated, first class, gem. The rates are very reasonable, making it an exceptional value. We stayed at two different hotels on this trip the Genevieve and another, both similarly rated. However, the Genevieve was miles ahead on every level. I’ve stayed at some very fine hotels, in many parts of the world and The Genevieve is right up with the best of them. The nice thing about this hotel, it has all that you would expect from a luxurious, first class accommodation, but without the pretentiousness. It is quiet, comfortable, a place you immediately feel relaxed. The architecture, grounds and interior are beautiful, private and accommodating. The only unfortunate thing, our stay was on the two days The Victor is closed, won’t make that mistake on our next visit.
