”This is a newly renovated property a little outside the true downtown area of Santa Barbara. The room was spacious and very high tech. The facilities are more suitable to non-Baby Boomer aged travelers. TV and Microwave were a bit of a challenge to get properly engaged as was the lack of on-site help. ”This place was a complete misrepresentation of their location. There was no pool on site. There were no amenities on site. The mentalities were for a hotel across the street, which is a completely different establishment potentially owned by the same owners, but it’s not in your hotel and items are across the street and you’ll be sharing them with another hotel. Yeah, it’s just a couple minutes from the beach, but it’s not worth the money or the stay”

It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5.
